FINANCIAL EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferred)

Familiar with financial reporting standards

Diploma in Accounting, Finance and relevant field of study

Responsible

Detailed and meticulous

Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision

Strong in numbers and intermediate in Microsoft Excel

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Handle all aspects of financial, budgeting and corporate reporting
-
Processing Payments, Cheques, Invoices etc
-
Perform finance related data entry
-
Prepare and support Sales Reports and Statement of Accounts
-
Ensure accurate filing and documentation
-
Checking and reconciliation of banking collections
-
Jobs monitoring, analysis and closing

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year of relevant experiences

Good working knowledge of location lighting and sound recording

Good team player and work on irregular shifts including weekends and public holidays

Proficiency in Adobe Software is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with Producers and/or Presenter and advise on the technical setup for production

Operate various type of cameras as required for production

Carry out preventive maintenance and conduct equipment testing

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the entire cycle sales cycle process and being a point of contact for existing and new clients

Calling prospective clients to create awareness and influence buying behavior

Deliver strong presentations which are impactful in order to convert to business revenue

Deliver proper reporting to management

Manage KPls, forecasts and exceed targets Being proactive and creative in business development

Juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a result-oriented environment
